PAYMENT 

  • PAYMENTS FOR SERVICES SHOULD BE MAILED & RECEIVED 1 WEEK OF SERVICE. WE NOW ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER AND AMERICAN EXPRESS.
  • ALL CASH SHOULD ONLY BE PAID IN PERSON
  • HOLIDAY CHARGE

  • THE FOLLOWING HOLIDAY FEES ARE BILLED AT TIME AND A HALF:
      • NEW YEAR’S EVE & DAY, EASTER, MEMORIAL DAY, JULY 4TH,
      • LABOR DAY, THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS EVE & CHRISTMAS DAY
      • ALL HOLIDAY SERVICES MUST BE PAID IN FULL WHEN BOOKED.
      • CANCELLATIONS WILL HANDLED PER OUR CANCELLATION POLICY.

    SAME DAY REQUESTS

  • ANY PET SITTING OR WALKING SERVICES BOOKED ON THE SAME DAY AS SERVICE IS NEEDED WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $5.00 PER VISIT.
  • CANCELLATIONS 

    • ALL CANCELLATIONS SHOULD BE DONE BY CALLING US AND LEAVING A VOICE MESSAGE OR EMAIL
    • CANCELLATIONS SUBMITTED AFTER 7:00AM ON THE SCHEDULED SERVICE DAY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
    • A CREDIT FOR FUTURE SERVICES WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY REMAINING DAYS.
    • ANY CANCELLATIONS FOR HOLIDAYS GIVEN ONE WEEK PRIOR TO SERVICE WILL BE 50% REFUNDABLE AND CREDIT GIVEN FOR FUTURE SERVICE OF THE REMAINING FEES.

    KEY COPIES  

    • OUR POLICIES REQUIRE THAT YOU PROVIDE 1 SET OF WORKING KEYS PRIOR TO START OF YOUR SERVICE. 
    • WE WILL BE GLAD TO GET COPIES OF YOUR KEYS  IF NEEDEDFOR SERVICE. THE RATE IS $5.00.
